Susan McFadden

Susan is the founder of Perfect Promotions & more.  After a career in the corporate world as the individual in charge of communications, recognition and event planning, she found it an easy transition to the ‘other side of the table’ selling promotional items.  She thought her corporate job was the best ever, until she learned she could be a part of MANY events at one time for different customers.  Susan loves working with customers and enjoys shopping... what a great combination!  She knows how to find the perfect item for the event.  Her philosophy is, “when a customer gives me an order, I want to make sure everything is taken care of and the item is delivered when promised.  When I managed large events I didn’t have time to worry about things arriving on time – now I don’t want my customers to have that worry.”

Perfect Promotions & more was started in November 2002 and then incorporated in October 2009.  What was once a one person company has now developed into an organization with sales people in several states servicing a variety of clients.  The customer base for Perfect Promotions & more, Inc. includes universities, public and private schools, food service, medical, financial... and the list goes on!  The diversity of the client base has provided Perfect Promotions & more the ability to develop a vast amount of experience dealing with different customers using products for a wide range of purposes.

My name is Stephen McFadden and have been working with Perfect Promotions & more since my Sophomore year in College, June 2008. Ever since my mom started the company 10 years ago I have been absorbing promotional information and watching the company grow.

 
In college I was very involved with different organizations and the more involved I became, the more I realized the EVERYONE USES PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS! Whether it's the free shirt you pass out at events, the pen you sign your check with, or the thunder sticks you use to cheer on your team, the opportunities seemed endless. While in college I began selling to Student Organizations and now that I have graduated, I have expanded outside the University to off campus housing, large corporations, and small businesses. I currently serve as the Vice President of Operations & Sales helping anyone with a quote, order, or just to brainstorm, as well as helping the company operate through the implementation of new systems, training, and other entrepreneurial ventures.

I joined Susan at Perfect Promotions & more over 5 years ago. Prior to leaving the corporate world I was working with Susan part time, so I have been in the promotional products industry for over eight years. Leaving the corporate world was an opportunity to work with the family and really enjoy every day of work.


Coming from a business background, it has been fun using my experience to help customers recognize the value of promotional products and how to spend wisely. The most rewarding experience is finding a product that exceeds the customer’s expectation, at a price less than they thought they would have to spend. It is also exciting to work with customers from a variety of industries. What we have learned is that ALL companies are looking for the same thing – something new and different that will ‘stick around’ and keep their name in front of their customer… and find this at a good price while offering exceptional service!


At Perfect Promotions & more we encourage customers to call us. There are hundreds-of-thousands of promotional products on the market. The objective is to find out who the item is for, when you want them to think about you, and identify the right item that is valued and kept by the customer. Aliana McFadden

My name is Aliana McFadden, Stephen's wife. I started dabbling in the business around 2008 helping out with various projects that they had for me, but I have been absorbing information about how the company works since 2007. Now, I have been working with Perfect Promotions & more full time since graduating from East Carolina University in 2010 with a degree in Marketing.

Currently, I have the privilege of running the back office support to the sales team as well as being in charge of marketing. If I could give myself a job title, I think it would have to be Master Puzzler and Cheerleader since I get to work out all of the logistics all while being completely supportive of our sales staff. I truly enjoy working at a family owned and operated company because that really gives us the opportunity to be creative and really treat our customers and team members as part of the family, too. We are here to help you and your company come up with great ideas and strategies to help you achieve your goals and dreams. I can’t wait to have the opportunity to work with you!

Helen Bolen is Perfect Promotions & more's Southwest Regional Director in Texas. Helen is located just north of Dallas and is available to assist you with your promotional items and apparel needs. Helen's vast experience with many different industries means she is greatly prepared to be your promotional consultant.
